DORA / Operational evidence

Turn DORA obligations into evidence your organisation can use.

You do not need to recite the regulation. Start with one critical service and connect accountability, dependencies, incidents, tests, remediation, and decisions into one evidence chain.

  1. 01
    Govern

Name the accountable owner, disruption tolerance, and decision path for the service.

  2. 02
    Map

Connect the critical service to its systems, data, internal dependencies, and ICT providers.

  3. 03
    Observe

Detect, understand, escalate, and learn from ICT incidents before impact spreads.

  4. 04
    Test

Exercise failure and recovery under controlled conditions proportionate to the service risk.

  5. 05
    Remediate

Assign findings, close gaps, and retest until the agreed outcome can be demonstrated.

  6. 06
    Decide

Give management current evidence for priorities, exceptions, and remaining operational risk.

DORA-ALIGNED OPERATING CAPABILITY

From operational obligationto repeatable evidence.

Connect visibility, resilience testing, recovery evidence, and decision support around the critical services in your DORA scope.

01
OBSERVE

Managed Observability

  • Faster triage through one trusted service-health view
  • Clear ownership across SRE, Platform Engineering, IT Operations, and Service Owners
  • Readiness baseline for one critical application
  • End-to-end service view across relevant environments
  • Golden signals, SLO context, and proactive alerts
  • Integration, setup, and ongoing operational maintenance
  • Regular health reviews and an improvement backlog
02
OBSERVE + VERIFY

Managed Resilience Testing

  • Everything in Managed Observability
  • Evidence of service behaviour during failure and recovery
  • Shared ownership across SRE, Business Continuity, Risk, and Service Owners
  • Periodic and systematic resilience testing covering failures, dependency disruptions, and recovery
  • Guardrails, stop conditions, and a planned testing cadence
  • Prioritised reliability roadmap
  • Structured outcome and evidence packages
03
OBSERVE + VERIFY + ENFORCE

Managed Smart Quality Gates

  • Everything in Managed Observability and Managed Resilience Testing
  • Traceable go/no-go decisions based on current operational evidence
  • Clear ownership across Engineering Leadership, Risk, Change Management, and Technology Leadership
  • Reliability signals in the existing delivery pipeline
  • Explainable release gates and stability reports
  • Continuous maintenance of decision logic
  • Powered by AI-SQUARE

The service supports operational-resilience execution and evidence. It does not transfer management responsibility or determine regulatory compliance. Final technical, regulatory, and commercial scope is validated jointly.

Operationalise DORA

Build the resilience capability, or operate it with Swiss Digital Network.

DORA sets the responsibility. Your organisation still needs people, controls, tests, evidence, and an operating rhythm. Compare what must be owned internally with what Swiss Digital Network can operate alongside your team.

Managed Reliability
Capability

Recruit and retain specialists across all three capabilities.

Access all three capabilities through one managed reliability team.

Integration

Connect telemetry, SLOs, tests, delivery evidence, and release controls.

Connect service health, resilience testing, and release decisions in one operating model.

Ongoing operation

Keep dashboards, alerts, tests, gates, and evidence current.

We operate the agreed cadence, track gaps, and retest with your teams.

Coordination

Align SRE, IT Operations, Risk, Change, and vendors.

One managed service partner coordinates the work.

Investment

Carry headcount, licences, integration, enablement, and running costs.

Start with the relevant capability in one clearly scoped engagement.

Best fit

You want to build and sustain a full internal reliability function.

You need the capability without building the full function first.

The Rating shows which operational-resilience capabilities already exist, and where evidence or ownership remains incomplete.

Built around the Digital Highway.

Swiss Digital Network’s founders created the Digital Highway in 2020 from more than 25 years of experience with business-critical systems. It connects SRE, observability, continuous delivery, MLOps, and continuous verification, and adapts them to each organisation.

AI-powered quality gates

Meet AI-SQUARE: AI-powered quality gates for software delivery.

AI-SQUARE links test results, infrastructure data, and non-functional requirements in a knowledge graph. Its AI models analyse the connected evidence and provide decision-ready results directly to the delivery pipeline.

  1. 01
    Connected evidence

Links test results, infrastructure data, and non-functional requirements (NFRs) to the same test run.

  2. 02
    AI-based evaluation

Analyses the connected evidence against defined quality criteria and identifies risks or failed requirements.

  3. 03
    Automated quality gates

Returns a quality score, AI-generated summary, and go/no-go recommendation directly to the delivery pipeline.

FAQ

What should you know about the DORA-focused Rating?

The Rating makes operational gaps easier to discuss without pretending that a self-assessment is a legal opinion or certification.

Q01Does the Rating tell us whether we are DORA compliant?

No. It is a structured self-assessment of operational-resilience practices and evidence. It can surface gaps that matter to a DORA programme, but it is not a technical audit, certification, legal opinion, or determination of regulatory compliance.

Q02Do we need to understand every DORA requirement before starting?

No. Start with one critical or important service and answer from current practice. The Rating uses plain operational questions, then places the result in context. Formal applicability and legal interpretation remain with your organisation and its advisers.

Q03What does the DORA-focused Rating examine?

It looks at service visibility, incident response, resilience and recovery testing, important dependencies, release decisions, governance, and the evidence behind those practices. Organisation-context answers appear near the end and tailor the result without changing the numerical score.

Q04Do we need to replace our existing team or tools?

Not necessarily. Swiss Digital Network starts with the people, platforms, providers, and controls already in place. We identify what is missing, connect the relevant evidence and ownership, and add only the capability required to close the agreed gaps.

Q05What data or system access does the Rating require?

The free Rating needs only your questionnaire responses and contact details. It does not require production access. If you continue, the minimum evidence and access needed for the selected service are agreed before anything is connected.

Q06What happens after the Rating?

Use the result internally, or request a free 30-minute discovery call. We review one critical service, clarify the most material evidence gap, and agree whether a deeper technical assessment would be useful. There is no obligation to continue.

Can you show the evidencebehind your resilience?

Start with one critical or important service. Complete the free Rating, see the operational and evidence gaps, and decide whether a focused review with Swiss Digital Network would help.
