The Rating uses the complete SDN Reliability Readiness Scorecard question set. Organisation-context answers tailor the result and evidence weighting but are not directly scored. The result reflects your responses across visibility, resilience testing, release decisions, governance, and operational evidence.
Not necessarily. We start with the team, Grafana environment, delivery tooling, and operating routines you already have. We identify what is missing, connect the relevant signals and ownership, and add only the capability needed to close the agreed gaps.
